Classical ballet at the San Francisco ballet, 200-hour Yoga Certification, Pilates Certification at Pilates Sports Center
My teaching style:
Hands-on and individualized while always centered on connection of breath and healthy movement. I also enjoy using visualization to enhance understanding of anatomy.
My group classes are:
Focused on accessibility for a variety of clients. Anyone with any amount of experience can walk in and learn something, get stronger, and feel better. Emphasis is on building stretch, balance, mind-body connection, flow of movement and breath.
